Our Process for New Deck Construction
1: Contact Us
Reaching out is the first step to building your new deck. We like to set up a discovery phone call to learn more about your project (What materials do you want to use? How big is the deck? Are there stairs and railings?). If we can, we will give you a rough estimate.
2: Measure
If we are unable to give you a rough estimate before measuring your deck, or if you decide to move forward with the project after the rough estimate, we will set up a time to take measurements of the deck and talk more about expectations.
3: Final Estimate, Design & Contract
After measurements are taken, we will give you a final estimate and finalize material choices and start date. We do have a contract that explains stages of construction, payment plans, permits and inspections. Once that is signed, we get to the fun stuff!
4: Build
It’s finally time! Pafford Construction will pull the necessary permits required to complete the job, order materials and build your new deck.
5: Enjoy
The best part! Sit back, relax and enjoy the beautiful New Hampshire weather on your brand new deck!
