Pafford Construction was a pleasure to work with. We had a rubber roof that was leaking, and composite decking over it. They neatly removed the existing boards, redid the rubber roof (with great improvements based on their suggestions to ensure it was watertight). Deck boards were replaced and matched up nicely. We decided to redo the railings as well, and they look fantastic. The crew was very responsive to messages, arrived early and put in a full day's work each day. The worksite was cleaned after each day, and they were super polite to have working here. We would highly recommend Pafford Construction to anyone looking for quality work at a reasonable price.

We cannot say enough about Pafford Construction Company!!!!! Our existing deck needed a major overhaul. Zach listened to our design ideas, made common sense suggestions, worked within our budget and the final project exceeded our expectations in materials and workmanship. We will not hesitate to recommended Pafford Construction to friends and neighbors. We can attest to their responsiveness and great communication skills. They were on time every day and left the yard clean and tidy. Nothing but AAA skills and great pride for "Made in NEW HAMPSHIRE - USA".

Our project consisted of rehab of an existing deck substantial expansion of the deck. After soliciting several contractors we selected Pafford. The results could not have been better. Pafford was professional, timely, responsive to needs and a pleasure to work with. The quality of workmanship and attention to detail was outstanding. Very friendly and professional. Very receptive to requests, even last-minute changes. Communicated well about how they planned to perform the work. Immediately remedied potential issues. Showed up when scheduled. Final cost was exactly the amount on the estimate. Would gladly hire again!
